If for any reason you’re not fully happy, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 14 days of delivery. You have 14 calendar days from the date your order arrives to request a return. The item must be in its original, unused condition, and we will assist you throughout the return process to ensure a smooth experience.

- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in the original packaging, including branded tags, labels, dust bags, and any protective inserts or accessories provided at the time of delivery.
- Receipt or Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase must be provided to initiate the return and ensure accurate processing.
How to Start a Return

- The item(s) you would like to return
- Reason for the return (optional)
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping
Once the return has been approved, Baggiess will cover the cost of return shipping. You will receive a prepaid return label and packaging guidelines. Please make sure the item is securely repacked in its original packaging to avoid any damage or loss during transit.
Items Returned Without Authorization
Any items returned without prior approval or without using the issued return shipping label will be declined and sent back to the sender. Following the return instructions is required to ensure proper processing of your return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Sale items (e.g., handbags purchased during clearance or promotional sales)
