What’s Refunded:

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (such as for a different size, colour, or version), we recommend first returning the original item. Then, place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
We currently do not offer automatic exchanges to ensure each transaction remains traceable and standardized.
