TRANSIT, HANDLING, AND ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Transit Time: Your order will arrive within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch, depending on the selected delivery service and your location.

Handling Time: We strive to process and package your order within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for timely dispatch.

Delivery Time: Including handling, the overall timeframe for delivery ranges from 3 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday) for most addresses.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed on the next business day to maintain efficiency and scheduling accuracy.

DELIVERY TERMS

We work with leading and reliable delivery carriers to ensure your order is delivered securely and on time. These include:

  • UPS (United Parcel Service): Real-time tracking and fast delivery services.
  • DHL: Trusted for domestic express services, where available.
  • USPS (United States Postal Service): A cost-effective option for standard deliveries.

SHIPPING COSTS

Our shipping structure is simple and transparent:

  • We charge a flat rate of $5 for every domestic USA. order, regardless of item quantity or order value.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. Please confirm your shipping details before submitting your order.

If you discover an error before shipment, contact us immediately at contact@baggiees.store. We will try our best to correct the address before dispatch.

After dispatch, we cannot make changes or take responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information submitted during checkout.

ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM

All orders include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package in real time.

WRONG ADDRESS

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:

  • It will be returned to our warehouse.
  • You will need to cover the cost of reshipping to the corrected address.

To prevent this, double-check all address fields during checkout, including postal code and apartment number if applicable.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. To request cancellation, contact contact@baggiees.store, and our team will assist you promptly.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy for further support and return options.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you receive a visibly damaged package or it appears tampered with:

  • At delivery: If possible, refuse the parcel and notify us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or return.
  • After delivery: If the damaged parcel was left at your address, take clear photos of the damage and contact us right away at contact@baggiees.store.

Note: We cannot accept responsibility for delayed damage reports. Prompt reporting ensures a quicker resolution.
