  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) EST, Monday to Friday, are eligible for same-day processing.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

Handling time refers to the period required to prepare your order for shipment after payment confirmation.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days
  • Processing Days: Monday – Friday

During this stage, orders go through verification, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch preparation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Transit Time

Transit time begins once the order is shipped and handed over to the carrier.

Actual delivery time may vary slightly depending on the destination and carrier performance within the United States.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping Regions

Domestic: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

International: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

Incorrect Address & Address Verification

If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted:

Baggiees is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not entered the handling or shipping stage.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
